Rolled Omelette (KIDS Special Breakfast)

Every non-vegetarian love omelette in their breakfast. Today, we will make it even more interesting. Come, learn how to make rolled omelette in simple ‘do it yourself’ way:

Ingredients:

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • A small amount of chopped coriander leaf
  • Salt ( to taste )

Steps to prepare:

  • Take two bowls and separate egg white and egg yolk
  • Add the above ingredients in egg white
  • Add ½ tsp of salt and whisk it properly
  • Add ¼ tsp salt in egg yolk and whisk it well
  • Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil. Heat it and keep it on low flame
  • Add egg white mixture into the pan and spread it evenly
  • Cook for 1 min and roll over to cook for a while (Refer Video)
  • Once done, take out the roll
  • Add another tsp of oil and put egg yolk mixture
  • Spread and cook it for 1 min
  • NOW, put the egg white cooked roll-on top of it and roll it over
  • Cook the double roll for a while
  • Once cooked, take it out and cut it in pieces

Your ROLLED OMLETTE is ready to be served

TASTE TIP

Put tomato sauce drop and chopped coriander as garnish
