Veg Mayo Sandwich is a quick breakfast or evening snack recipe that can be made in no time. The method is simple and your family will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • Some grated carrots
  • Some grated cucumber
  • Some grated cabbage
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder

Steps to prepare:

  • Take grated cabbage, grated carrots, grated cucumber in a bowl, add mayonnaise and ½ tsp black pepper and mix it well
  • Take the bread slide and spread the mixture evenly
  • Place another slice on top of it
  • Cut it into two halves
  • Your SANDWICH is ready!

TASTY TIP:

You can have the sandwich as it is or toast it in a pan with some butter or can grill it if you want
