VEG FRIED RICE

Rice has many varieties and inclusion of vegetables make it more interesting. In simple and easy to follow steps, you can become a veg fried rice expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • Chopped carrots
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped onion – (1)
  • Some chopped beans
  • 4 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp hot and sweet sauce
  • ½ tsp soya sauce

Steps to prepare:

  • Take a pan and add tsp oil in it
  • Once the oil is heated, add chopped onion in it
  • Cook it on high flame until onion turns soft and transparent
  • Add chopped vegetables and stir it on high flame
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add 1 tsp of hot & sweet sauce
  • Add ½ tsp Soya Sauce
  • Mix all and cook it well for few mins
  • Ensure veggies are not overcooked and crunchiness should remain
  • Finally add the boiled rice and mix it well
  • Cook it on a high flame for 1 min and you FRIED RICE is ready!
