Easy Cheese Potato Recipe | Evening Snacks | Quick Easy Starter Snack Recipe

A great companion at teatime, delight your kids and family with Easy Cheese potatoes.

Ingredients:

• 3 boiled potatoes
• 2 tsp grated cheese
• 3 tsp cornflour
• ½ tsp Jeera (Cumin) powder
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• ½ chaat masala
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
• ½ tsp mixed herbs
• Salt (to taste)

Coating Ingredients:

• 1 cup cornflour and ½ cup water. Stir it and keep it aside
• Take some vermicelli and grind it coarsely. Keep it aside (Refer video)

Steps for preparation:

• Mash the potatoes. Add the below ingredients and mix it well
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tsp grated cheese
  • 3 tsp cornflour
  • ½ tsp Jeera (Cumin) powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ chaat masala
  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt (to taste)

• Take the potato mixture and make shape as per your liking
• Coat the cut potato pieces in cornflower paste and then coat it with vermicelli powder
• Prepare a pan and heat oil in it
• Once the pan is hot, fry the potato pieces until they are golden brown
