Zero Oil Mixed Vegetable food (ZERO OIL)

Mixed Vegetable is one of the most loved vegetable dishes across India and amongst Indians. And preparing it without oil puts it in the healthy eating league. Here, we will guide you step by step on how to prepare Mixed vegetable without oil in quick time.

What you need

  • 1/2 tsp Panch Phoran
  • 1 Cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sabzi masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric and 2 green chillies
  • 200-250 gms clean and washed Cauliflower pieces, Beans, carrot, Shimla mirch and potato. You can add seasonal vegetables as well.

How to prepare

  • Half tsp Panch Phoran (Saute for 1 minute on medium flame)
  • Add 1 Cup tomato puree.
  • Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Add 1tsp Coriander Powder
  • Add 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Add 1/2 tsp of Blackpepper powder
  • Add 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder
  • Add 1 tsp Salt
  • Add 1 tsp Sabzi masala
  • Add water and stir it for 20-30 seconds
  • Add 1 tsp Turmeric and 2 green chillies
  • Add clean and washed Cauliflower pieces, Beans, carrot, Shimla mirch and potato ( You may add vegetables as per your liking)
  • Saute for 5 minutes and add water as required
  • Cover the pressure cooker lid on high flame and wait for 2 whistles
  • Let the pressure settle and dry your Mix Veg further as per your liking
  • VOILA! your Mixed Veg is ready.

Healthy Tip

You can put some fresh coriander at the top to make it look delectable.
