BUTTER NAAN ( PARATHA)

Known for its pairing with Mughlai and North Frontier dishes, Butter Naan needs no introduction in the Indian sub-continent. Per your liking, you can eat your Butter Naan with veg and non-veg dishes. If you ever wondered how to make a tasty Naan, here is a quick way to make one.

What you need (Ingredients)

  • 4 cup Maida
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 5 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp Kalonji
  • Some Coriander leaves
  • Butter (50 gm)

How to prepare

  • Put 4 cup Maida in a big bowl and add the below items
      1. ½ cup Curd
      2. 4 tbsp Butter
      3. 1 tbsp Sugar
      4. 1 tsp Salt
      5. ½ tsp baking powder
      6. ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • Knead and make smooth dough. Keep it for 30-45 mins for better results
  • Kneed again and make dough balls
  • Roll the sough balls in circular/oval shape (refer video)
  • Apply butter/coriander leaves/kalonji and roll again (refer video)
  • Prepare a tawa by heating at medium flame and make that delicious butter naan

Apply healthy butter (like Nutralite) when Naan is cooked and enjoy it with any veg or non-veg dish
