TOMATO & RED CHILLY CHATNI

ThisQuick and easy to make spicy red chutney or dip is prepared from ripe tomatoes, is also called biryani red chatni as it enhances the flavor of biryani.  This chutney can be easily stored in cool and dry place for weeks. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tomato Roughly Chopped
  • 10-12 Garlic
  • 8 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Firstly, in a mixer jar take 1 Roughly Chopped Tomato, 10-12 Garlic
  2. Break the chillies from middle and add them to the jar with ½ tbsp. salt and some water
  3.  Grind them to make a paste
  4. Serve in a glass bowl
