Three ways to prepare Lachcha Paratha

Everyone loves Paratha and it is not possible find anyone who does not tasted this wonderful eating item. Let us learn how to prepare wheat parathas in three different ways and team it up with any veg or non-veg dish of your choice.

What you need (Ingredients):

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2-3 tsp refined oil
  • Mix and knead thoroughly to prepare smooth dough
  • Prepare dough balls of even size

How to prepare:

Technique 1

  • Dust the base with wheat flour and roll the dough as you prepare roti. Ensure to have a thin layer
  • Apply oil and spread some flour
  • Make pleats, stretch, and roll in a circular fashion (Check Video)
  • Roll it again and prepare a base like crest.
  • Heat up your tawa and spread oil/ghee/butter per your liking to cook it

Technique 2

  • Dust the base with wheat flour and roll the dough as you prepare roti. Ensure to have a thin layer
  • Apply oil and spread some flour
  • Cut the radius part and roll in a circular fashion (Check Video)
  • Complete the process and roll it again
  • Heat up your tawa and spread oil/ghee/butter per your liking to cook it
