Crispy Potato Lollypop

When you want to eat something interesting with Tea but do not want to spend time in the kitchen. Crispy Potato lollypop is just what you need. Have it with your favourite chutney or tomato sauce and enjoy it to the fullest.


  • 2 boiled potato
  • Half chopped onion
  • ½ tsp red chilly powder
  • ½ tsp cumin (Jeera) powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp red chilly flakes
  • ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
  • ¼ Bread crumb
  • ½ tsp Salt

How to prepare:

  • Take 2 boiled potatoes and mash them well
  • Put all the above items (as mentioned in the Ingredients list) in mashed potatoes
  • Prepare round potato balls with that mixture

Coating Mixture:

  • Take 2 tsp Maida flour
  • Add water bit by bit to make a smooth paste
  • Now take the potato balls and dip in this mixture
  • Coat it with crushed breadcrumbs one by one

Final preparation:

  • Prepare and heat the pan with oil
  • Once the oil is heated, put the balls one by one
  • Wait till they turn golden brown
  • POTATO LOLLYPOP is ready to serve


Spread any seasoning, ketchup or chutney and enjoy
